Except for Rabbi Shlomo Riskin’s shameful display, have you ever heard so much pure schmaltz in any one place? These men cannot possibly believe the things they are saying to each other and maintain any “faith” credibility whatsoever. What blatant hypocrisy!

Just consider, for instance, two verses from the same Bibles they each have.

John 3:36
“Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for G_d's wrath remains on him."

Deuteronomy 11:26-28
“See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse- the blessing if you obey the commands of the L_RD your G_d that I am giving you today; the curse if you disobey the commands of the L_RD your G_d and turn from the way that I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known.”

If you buy one verse, you have to reject the other. Yet these two strange bedfellows don’t seem to mind prostituting their beliefs to gain some imaginary mutual benefit. Consider for a moment what Moshiach will actually do when He appears. One of these two characters will be very disappointed…and the other very ashamed. And, if they are both smart AND honest…they both know it.
